As long as you have a newer unit, turn off "Repeat while pressed" then set repeats to 1. It sucks because you have to hit down every-time you want to scroll down. The IP Driver form Total Control is flawless. Ihave had the problem with RTI, ProControl, On Controls, and URC (Total Control via IR, and CCP). It is a shame that this stupid thing acts like this, and is variable based on how long it has been sitting on the shelf. The Roku4 works great, and I have been buyign them off Amazon when it needs to be integrated with IR. If it is any of the new ones, it needs to be done IP, or with the Roku Remote. If you use IR, then it is just spotty.
