I don't know if that was a rhetorical question. If it wasn't, click on the MY18 logo for details.  A lot of TV stations are owned by hedge funds, so you shouldn't be surprised if they decided to take the money and run. The FCC is ready to reverse the 39% coverage ownership limit of TV Stations, which will see an increase of local TV stations being sold.
