Those two remotes use serial communication so as long as you have drivers for your serial hardware or usb-serial adapter you should be fine.
I use a Keyspan USB-to-serial adapter (USA-19HS). Keyspan, which is now owned by Tripp Lite, has a driver compatible with Windows 10 posted
