i am so frustrated with my logitech harmony ultimate. it sometimes to turn on my devices or sometimes its just confused and refuses to turn on a device. i am looking for a universal remote that just work simply works and that my grandma can use it without asking me how to use it.
is there a such remote? would anyone recommend me a control4???
