We are looking for a lead tech position within our A/V company. The position requires at least 5 years of installation and troubleshooting experience. The tech needs to be self-motivated, reliable, hard-working, and capable of using common sense. He/she needs to be familiar with networking, installation of A/V gear, similar with PC’s and Mac’s, and capable of programming a variety of control systems. We currently specialize in Sonos, Savant, Lutron, ProControl, Rukus wireless and RTI. We also install security systems, automation, motorized shades/drapes, integrate HVAC systems, access control, CCTV, and whatever else you can think of.

The position will include a van, full benefits (Health/Dental/STD/LTD/Life), and 3% matching for retirement. Current tech pay is between $24-$30 per hour depending on skill/experience level. It is a full time 40+ hour position.

We have a wide variety of installations which include everything from small TV installs to large projects that are $100K+. He/she must be able to think on their feet and communicate well with the customer.
