Lyndel - thanks. I went ahead anyway, and used an external 800mA quick blow fuse (I have a large packet of them) and no blow so far! At least now I can change the fuse without opening the dock again, and I have my Pronto back up and running. Trying to get the Bel fuse here in the UK was a bit tricky, and my fix just took a few minutes.
