See Barry Gordon's Pronto Hex IR format document in the user data section. The original code you provided had only repeating IR data which is typical of Sony Codes. I simply duplicated that data (starting with the 60) and pasted a 2nd time. I then set the number of IR pairs of one-shot data to the same number of repeating IR data pairs.
