I did as you said on my functioning remote.

I got the return code on the RC64R as 30376 (For people trying it, "0" returns as no response--took me a few tries to realize that and that I wasn't doing something wrong).

When I program 30376 into my RX66 remote, pushing the power button "Turns all Zones Off". It can also control the volume. But no Power On.
