You're not going to look forward to this response...
You can't. You cannot program a universal remote to control an RF device. You would have to purchase an IR controllable Roku, and then use an URC RF Basetation to control the Roku. You only option otherwise is to program the MX980 to turn on your devices and set the inputs and then use the Roku remote to control just the Roku.
