I have a network of installers I work with and are great people we refer to each other and talk to each other about solutions and do bulk buying.

For example I have a simple service call 1.5 hr from me or an install I may call one of my friends and he will take the call or job in return he will call me when there is something close to him. Another example is I don't do control 4 so if I get leads I forward them to him.
