Actually, after a couple hours on the phone with a senior tech support leader, and multiple troubleshooting steps, turns out something is wrong with the Procise. There was no reason at all I shouldn't be able to get audio coming out of the outputs without running the calibration. They suspect that the power supply for the output board isn't working properly or something to that effect. So Advance replacement was the remedy.
