More info on the set up:

All of the screens (3 to 4 of them) are in the same room - sitting on top of a central unit (shelves) that store the sources (a selection of cable tv boxes and consoles etc).

So we essentially need an approx 12 hdmi input and 3-4 hdmi output switcher that can direct individual sources to individual screens.

And this would be controlled by an iPad.
