I have a MX-900 and MRF-250. I am using it to control my TV in the kitchen and the Sat Box is in a cabinet. Its a DrirecTV HR 24-200 series box.

IR to the TV works fine and RF to other devices (ie the stereo in my garage hooked up to another MRF-250) works fine. But when I control the sat box lately, it works for a while then doesnt seem to work after a while.

Already tried resetting the remote, re downloading the program to it. I took it off "blast mode" and am using an IR eye (hopefully it is placed right...but I think it is because it works for a while)

The time it works to the time it fails varies. It is not consistent.

The only thing that may be helpful in diagnostics is that if I simply turn the DirectTV box off and on again, everything works fine for a while again.
