He made a legitimate point. Comcast customer service sucks. The only reason I have them for Internet is because they are the only game in town speed-wise. Mac has every right to post about this in a thread here on RC. He has helped me and others in the past here in RC.
I think he has a right to complain about Comcast without getting flamed...
