We choose to accept bad customer service in lieu of not having the service at all. If and when we decide to stop putting up with this BS and are willing to drop them nothing will change.
I'm strictly OTA TV on the old '86 Hitachi tube TV(19"). I think last time I scanned the channels on the Zenith converter box there were about 87 local broadcast channels. Will look at FTA satellite whenever I upgrade my display.
As far as internets, it's comcraptical. But i work 'em pretty good.
