urggh... There is at least one community development in my area in I've known of.� You have to call for permission and assistance if you decide to bridge a modem, open pin hole for port forwarding.� Sole service on Internet/cable TV wise.� Strictly VOiP, no POT.� Of course, monopoly burglar alarm.�
