I've got accounts with all of them pretty much.  I tried everybody.  Can't find the part.  They used an odd ball one, maybe a custom part.  Unusual surface mount vertical orientation.  But, I got some in and was able to modify one to work.  Soldered without issue. But doesnt' work :(.  I think the customer toasted the USB chip using a "hold the broken part to the PCB to program" method LOL.  I am almost positive I have the USB port oriented correctly but I dont' have the original receptacle so I don't know.

Can one of you with a MX5000 around look at your's for me?  Remove battery cover.  With the remote pointing up look at the USB programming socket/receptacle.  Is the wide side of the plug on the top or the bottom?  I have the wide side on top, see photo.
