Anyone use the EX Link control for Samsung TVs? We have had issues with them a 2 jobs recently.
One job, the screen would randomly show "Not Available" every few minutes. This happens when the Power On command is sent, but on this specific display the message displays every few minutes. After unplugging the EX Link message stopped appearing. There are 2 Samsung TVs hooked up with EX Link and the first one has no issues.
Second job we have multiple TVs hooked up with EX Link and there has been issues with the Crestron processor locking up and the power off a zone will shut off that zone, but turning on another TV.

I was wondering if anyone has had the same issue, and if anyone knows where the issue stems from.
