If you don't want to do it yourself, call someone else in your area. $10-15K is outrageous, even if they were programming from scratch (which there's no reason to do in your case). Shouldn't take more than an hour or two. Heck, for $10K-$15K I'd fly there and reprogram everything for you. ;-)
