I'm trying to hook up an iOS system at my house before I start selling the ios app and I can't for the life of me get CCP to discover the MRX-1. If I go into the router it sees it, and has an ip address assigned to it. Tech support said to make sure I had no firewalls. Still nothing?

Have you purchased and entered the Setup Code? I just got mine today. You must use this to permanently pair with the target MRX-1. You may use multiple iOS devices with this single MRX-1, but you may not use the code for more than one MRX-1. I just got my first code today. No problem pairing with MRX-1. Go to System Designer, click on top level (default = "Home" I think), and view the Properties window. The 3rd group of fields are "Mobile Device Setup" fields. Enter the Setup code there, then select the target MRX-1. It will automatically have the MAC address for the MRX-1 in the last field. Then, once you are sure you have the right MRX-1 and have entered the correct setup code (you may use the hyphens, as it shows on the Set-up Code card), click on "Activate". Done.

My issue is how to actually get the software to see the phone itself. I click on "iPhone" and "Download", and nothing, even though I have both on the same network, and have the CCP iPhone App launched. If you get to this stage, and you can answer my question, I'm all ears on the answer! :)
