If you leave the DM switch in DHCP.  It only takes up one IP address.  Realize that the input/ouput cards in the DM switch now are on a differenent ip address range, and the DM switch just routes to ports starting at 50002 and up.  So if you wanted to connect to the first DMC room box you would use the ip of the DM switch and port 50002.
