URC and RTI are the most popular and generally thought of as best options. Both the pro line from URC and all of RTI are dealer only. RTI does not allow their software to be distributed to the end user. URC does allow it's dealers to distribute the software at their own discretion. The support chain for you would run through your dealer, and not through URC. Not all dealers will hand out the software, in fact, most will not.
