I feel the same except I have a great relationship with my CAIP. Know him for years so I do have that issue for most systems. I am trying to master one brand and focus on Crestron Only. If I do so for years I know it will become second nature. I can tell you just loading systems and setting up his prot forwarding has gotten me very familiar with toolbox and all the features it holds. I have programmed my old house in Simpl (hardly worked right when I made simple changes). It took me a very long time but once I got it up an running it was really nice to find everything easily to make changes.


I know System Builder is meant for basic stuff or all Crestron only type projects but I simply hated digging through it trying to find sh*t.
