I would recommend the Crestron CEN-NVS200. This unit can take composite video and network stream it to browsers, mobile devices, and network connected Crestron touchscreens, including the 9L. From there, it is your pick as to what Camera/DVR solution you use. I recently had a good experience with ICRealtime Camera/DVR equipment.
