Hi sue . I'm not familiar the the Philips but I am familiar with many systems. The fact that it is so non-mainstream gives me pause.

I'm not sure of your system size but if those are your two choices then lutron with hesitation. Fwiw I have been installing lighting control for over a decade. Lite touch was my goto for centralized systems but will be moving to lutron homeworks.
