You must force an update to the NC50 connect. At the top of the LCD display on the Q50 remote is a horizonal gray bar. Touch this with the stylus. Select settings->advanced settings- refresh-> it should refresh/update the NC-50 to the new IR settings for the new device. Once updated it will indicated that the connect has been updated, back back out to original screen. I am doing this from memory, but the "refresh" is what needs to happen. This sends the updated IR information & devices to the NC50 so it knows what to do and for what device. Andrew
