We have stopped programming in SB due to issues like this where you are limited in products, Also the fact that wired SHITE happens when working outside the box of SB. Troubleshooting SB also a PIA

cgav, when you get some time I would highly recommend trying to program a small job in Simpl. Even if its just a basic TV with HD box and Blu-ray player. This will get you into the process learning Simpl and transfering over to it some day.

When we first started out we were like you and used SB on every job for ease of use and programmability. Now that we have found all these problems they become a PITA and cost us money troubleshooting.
