Agreed, there's no need for it or agreed, it's there for that purpose?

I'm on the fence about whether I like using a GUI on screen for control (ala Control4). I have seen it in action with a colleagues Crestron system using RTI handhelds...kind of cool, just not sure I'm going to use it, yet, for my clients.
