A search here suggests that the Vivitek HD2100 respond to TV 1756 (11756 in remote using 5 digit setup codes).
It's hard to know if this code will work with your projector, although you could ask Vivitek if the codes are the same. Better yet, Vivitek might be able to tell which IR protocol is used. That document would probably list something like custom codes or maybe NEC IR protocol, and would have a number for each button..
You can easily find Comcast remotes on eBay for $6 or less. Or you could buy a RCA RCRP05B at Best buy, Walgreens, etc for $20. Both of those are made by UEI, so the setup code is transferrable. Remotes made by companies other than UEI have a different system of setup codes.
