For 2-way control with RTI,at mi imum you need a T2C and XP3, which has an msrp of $1398. A prodigy system with PLX3 at $1200 is competitive if you ask me. I just want to be able to keep buying that direct.
As much as Imprefer RTai programming, I think URC has the best budget solutions. C4 guys also have the full spectrum covered interns of meeting budgets.
Actually the T2Cs+ and XP3 would run $1198 for entry level two-way.
I love RTI and feel like they are continually improving at their typical snails pace. I don't think they have the resources to move as quickly as the other players but their forum has help RTI monitor what dealers are looking for. Drivers are continuously improving programming and the UI. They still do not have a good debugging resource or very good troubleshooting white papers. So because of that, you'll need to invest a lot of time seeing what works and what doesn't. With that being said, things are looking better and their products are have less QC issues that plagued them in the past.
