I just think its a bad time to do this.All the guys that picked Prodigy over the RTI or other options now might move on for the one room (+) systems.
Hell RTI has awesome handhelds and now they have the lower priced processors. Not to mention Integration designer (which I don't know at all) that no one complains about.
Just a bad idea. They couldn't have had that many issues with the tech support. It could have been addressed in other ways but he its their loss.
I agree....but they obviously know something we don't. Time will tell if this move was good or bad for them. I , for one, don't and won't deal with that particular distributor.
