Thanks for your help SWO. I still am having trouble. I'm of course on a static IP. I tried a different port, to no avail. I still get the "unable to download the manifest file error."

I go into the mobility projects under toolbox and i can see the farking Manifest file on the processor. Under /HTML/. I am pulling out my remaining hair.
