Try changing the processors HTTP port to something other than 80 (I use 8081) as port 80 is sometimes blocked by the ISP (you will have to forward this port in the router to the processor)
Ensure that your processor has a static IP outside the DHCP range and that you are using the proper IP address, also ensure that you are using the proper port. I just tested with our system and if the Port is not correct you will receive the manifest error.
