When connected to the processor using System Info in Toolbox go to Functions - WebPages and Mobility Projects. Ensure that this is Enabled and that the files are stored on the processor. If they are not you will have to browse to them and add them to the processor.
As mlafayette said unless you are trying to connect using 3G or from an external network port forwarding is not necessary.
