Finally got it sorted out with the help of Crestron tech support. Had to do a couple of things. 1. Use Master Installer for System Builder instead of Prodigy 2. Download a couple of components without installing 3. Individually install components 4. Rerun Master Installer 5. Download/Install more components 6. Install two files directly from crestron website (for some reason the templates and database would not finish installing via Master Installer).
I want that couple hours of my life back. Dunno if this was a Crestron problem, or something funky with my computer, either way it is now resolved.
I am a trained professional..... Do not attempt this stunt at home.
