I think you would want your relays to be normally open. When motion is sensed the relay will close and turn your lights on. Motion sensors are normally open. When no motion (Open) when the sensor detects motion the sensor will (close) and turn the lights on. I have honestly never seen a motion sensor that is normally open. Any way, just change your programming to normally open and see what happens.
