I have confirmed that each hardkey has a join and an IR command is assigned, but when the project builds and loads, nothing works. I checked in RealTime and the button presses don't even show a response. CHange to any other of the DVR pages and they all work perfectly, keypad page...nada.
Anyone else experience this? Any solutions?
