I loaded the new Crestron Module into a customer's system and it's not pulling any data. I have tested the program at the office and it works. Sent the archive to Crestron TS and it works there as well. Here is the information:
Router is a Dlink DIR 655
Customer can surf the web
DNS settings resolve ok
Weather module uses port 80
Customer is using a wireless ISP using a PPPOE connection
The processor IP is reserved static in the router
Spoke to the ISP and they are not blocking any ports or ip addresses
There is a camera dvr using port 80 for remote access but disabled port forwarding for this temporarily and still no change so I don't think there is a conflict.
I'm pulling my hair out with this one.!!!
Anything I may have missed?
