I am using the crestron built user module for the GE NX-8E security system and everything is working as it should be. The problem I am having is that for some reason the processor gets "stuck" on a command and has to be rebooted to allow for the release to happen. This happens using both the touch panel as well as the xpanel and can happen on any button press (using a DIN-AP2 for the processor).

Another problem I am having is that when I select the events page, all the dates and times are screwed up. Today it was showing an event with the date 5/11 22:48. Both the panel and the processor are set to EST and this event was triggered around 4pm local time, and obviously the date doesn't match to todays date.

Has anyone else come across these problems with the crestron built module. I am using the latest module (GE Caddx NX-8E Network module 4.1).

Any help is much appreciated.

I have a feeling that a call into tech support is in need tomorrow but figured I would try here first

TIA

SWO

*Update*

Talked to Crestron this moring and they have said that the module MUST be on its own processor AND the processor MUST be using firmware version 3.155.12. The only solution now is to replace our DIN-AP2 with another 2 series processor that will let us do this properly.

Thank you Crestron for NOT stating this in your documentation of the module.
