The main issue is that the remote is locking up, getting garbled graphics ( i have yet to witness in person) and requires being reset. Some clients are resetting once a week, some once every two week, some once every day or so.

The PMC2's are fine, its just the remote that has to get reset. Other than the reset, all works fine, the problem is the remote constantly messing up is causing my clients to question the quality fo the product.

Are your systems on the home network? Private crestron network? Or none?

Are you programming in SB?

Are you using the DYnamic presets?

Are you using JPEG or PNG background files?

Are you properly sizing all your graphics or letting the the panel do it?
