I am not saying that it can't or shouldn't be learned. I just find it ridiculous that someone would police the grammar and spelling of a language that does not follow logic. The grammar police should be writing letters to governments and schools in an attempt to correct the real problem instead of following people around on message forums telling them how to spell things.
