I get it that it's hard to know the information to provide. However, informing us that you have loaded the graphics file into the processor is important, and as much of the other details that you think important.
-- I didn't realize I had to separately upload the graphics file from VTpro, until someone mentioned it to me in a post.
The hardest thing about working with Creston, is that this is all new to me. I'm an AVAD dealer (Don't hold that against me, haha) and our training consisted of 2 days of product numbers and a few screen shots of composer. Bought gear and went on our merry way being told that programming it is easy as pie. I'm not knocking AVAD or Crestron, I know this is kinda a new adventure for everyone involved.
Thus, I've worked to get a grasp of how the Crestron system works and what is involved and it can be a very daunting task. I do plan to take more of the actual Crestron training as offered, but having tried to get my system up and functional on the odd day or evening I have free, just adds to the frustration. That all being said, had I know what information was relevant, I would have posted it initially. I'm not trying to be a punk by any means and I didn't mean to come off as one and I apologize if I did.
I do highly appreciate the help and the guidance. Glad to finally have it working. Now to start learning how to integrate RA2 with it.
Thanks Again!
