Both iPhone and iPad are using the same ports? No can do. Each must be unique. iPhone: 41790-41791; iPad: 41792-41793 ( or reversed if you'd like but still unique )

This would be first place to look. Each project has to have unique name and ports.

Default IP address in the program will be 0.0.0.0 This is correct. IPID must be unique to each project and entered into the app setup. The app must match the IPID in the program. I'm not sure about password since I disable them but I doubt these need to be unique. However, they must match; that is the password in the program must match that in the app.

if I've understood you correctly, you are using the same name for both iPhone and iPad. No can do. Each should be a unique name. Also, if i've followed your post you are using 41790-41791 as the default ports for both projects. No can do. Each application needs to have its own ports, which is why I don't like using 41xxx. I prefer 42790 on up since 41794-41795 are reserved to Crestron and it's easy to forget this if you begin with 41790 and have 3 devices.
