SB doesn't seem to have a good DVD / Bluray template (yet?).
I ended up using the DVD template and manually adding buttons to it (like audio / sub / angle / setup / tray open-close) by copy-paste buttons from other pages and changing their properties.
The next version of my control software will be so great, it will control the world! Or maybe not, in that case wait for the update which should come really soon.
