The second form you posted is "Pronto Hex". I didn't know enough about Nevo's to even know it could import Pronto Hex.

I know how translate from the format you showed first into Pronto Hex. But it is harder to describe than to do. No programs that I know of do the whole job.

If you email the spreadsheet of codes to me, I can probably find a spare moment to do the translation for you and email the results back.
