This may sound corny but it occurred to me the other day how much Pronto has been a part of my life for over 25 years and probably saved me. Discovered these gems following a painful divorce in 2001 but my first model RU970 kept my mind occupied and then after losing my second wife of 18 years to cancer I acquired a TSU9800, this meant learning PEP3 with the help on this forum. I've now built a home cinema spending over �20,000 (Diane would never of allowed) and found on eBay a new boxed sealed TSU9200 to use purely while watching film and simplify things slightly. I love Phillips Pronto owning four different models and the learning curve in designing and configuring has helped me through my difficult times. |
