Scientific Atlanta Cable Box Explorer 8300HD For: RTI (IR Library) By: Keith Harmon | You can get a discrete on for this device if you go into the DVR setup menu and select "numeric" on the power menu. This will tell the DVR to turn on when it receives any number (1-9). Program any number (say 5) followed by exit ([5] [Exit]) and the device will be on. The [Exit] prevents the box from changing to channel 5 if it was already on. |
