Universal Remote Control Inc. has proved once again that they are the masters of product enhancement. Their past history with multiple SL-9000 versions and the MX-500 sprouting into the computer programmable MX-700, makes it seems natural that the popular MX-500 design franchise would yet again be upgraded... namely, as the new MX-800 remote control.

I’m pleased today to release an addition to our Home Theater Master MX-700 review, covering the changes and new features found in the RF-enabled Home Theater Master MX-800. If you’re familiar with how the MX-700 operates you can read about the improvements here, however if you’re just starting out then you’ll need to starting reading from the beginning.
