Review 4 made on Friday November 18, 2005 at 2:51 PM. Strengths: RF. Price. Full 'Learning" remote. Weaknesses: Too large to hold with one hand and access the buttons. Hard to see even with backlight. Alwayd have to turn it 'on' to see any of the LCD keypad. Problem with the Aux key (see text). Easy to hit wrong key. Review: Problem with Aux and ket directly above and below it. When you hit the Aux it actiuvates the DVD function below it. You have to hit the space above the AUX key to activate that mode. Its was too hard to activate the correct key. Didn't think of this when I got it. Thought the LCD screen was a good idea. It wasn't! Quality: Features: Value:

Review: I just bought this remote in the past month. I got 4 devices programmed and was very happy with the ease of setup and performance....that is until the first time it crashed. Thinking I had accidentally touched a wrong button, I re-programmed the whole thing and got it working again, for half a day anyway. After the third time re-programming everything, I gave up. Screen Backlight very dim not like pictures in ads. Review: I actually had 2 of these remotes because I thought I might have bought a lemon. But the second one was equally bad. It had extreme difficulty in learning my satellite remote and my Sony receiver remote. It has reset itself on many occasions resulting in having to start overagain. Also LCD panel backlight is very dim not like pictures shown. This is a flawed design and why RCA doesn't go back to the drawing board and redesign this remote is beyond me. Do not buy this remote.
