The help they gave me setting everything up was invaluable. Weaknesses: None so far Review: Intrigue Technologies customer service dept. wwalked me through setting up the system. They even set up HDTV as a seperate screen on the remote, which required changing TV inputs. Easy to learn. Cheeper than the all inclusive remote (Denon)it is replacing. Review: I have been through countless remotes buying and returning them longing for the day I would find one that worked well with everything I owned. Sure there's programable remotes out the but it takes so long to write macro's and get everything set up that it isn't worth it. THis one sets up on the internet and has Channel listings and CD listings which is nice for my 300 CD changer. Quality: Features: Value:

Weaknesses: None Review: I have owned alot of remotes in my time but this is the only one that did what it promised with absolutly no hassels at all.The web setup was cake and i love having my cable listings downloaded into the remote for easy viewing.Not only can i surf by channel but i can also view what program is on at the specific hour. Granted with the 1 meg of memory i cant download 14 days of programming but i can do a 7 days which is fine. It take a little time to play around and figure out all the features. But its a great product and i highly reccomend it. I even sold my JBL TC-1000 for this product.....and it was well worth it. Quality: Features: Value:

Weaknesses: None! - maybe no backlighting... but the buttons are glow in the dark and are easy to remember by touch. Review: This is a great remote that truly lives up to the companies promise.
